SYSTIMAX BusinessPartners have trained SYSTIMAX Professionals on staff who have proven their knowledge in the latest cabling technology through rigorous certification training. The SYSTIMAX Certification is a dependable measure of competency that can be relied on.
The goal of the SYSTIMAX SCS Training Program is to:
- Make responses more competitive by design and innovation
- Reduce costly design and installation errors
- Provide the client with the very latest in design and installation techniques
- Improve the ability to interface with customers & consultants on a technical level
- Differentiate your company from others due to training commitment
- Help ensure the design and installation is to the SYSTIMAX required standard for registration/warranty
- Improve employee awareness and motivation

Each BusinessPartner is required to have a number of qualified staff in
Design and Engineering (SP3321), Installation and Maintenance (ND3341),
iPatch (SP5500/ND5510), see syllabus. Only these engineers can register SYSTIMAX Cabling
or iPatch sites and apply for the SYSTIMAX SCS Warranty.
It is important that these engineers are kept informed of the Design, Installation
and product changes that may affect site registration, and this is achieved through several re-certification
options that may include both classroom and/or WEB based re-certification (depending upon availability and region).
The other courses in the syllabus are designed to support specific product and solutions requirements.
Depending upon your experience we recommend you take the SP3321 as a foundation prior to taking the Specialist courses but the detailed course descriptions will help you make this decision.
Each course is recognized by BICSI and carries BICSI Continuing Education Credits.
Note: ND notation signifies Classroom course and SP notation Online course.
