The purpose of the Drop Installation Fundamentals course is to provide broadband installers with knowledge and guidance in the key areas required to perform broadband installation and troubleshooting. In addition to acquiring the knowledge and skills to perform their roles efficiently, installers who complete the training and course assessment will be issued with a certificate and ID badge, and recognized as CommScope Broadband Certified Installers (BCI).
