The focus of this course is to introduce CommScope and the SYSTIMAX solution. It will overview the product range, cover transmission techniques for copper and fiber and introduce basic Data Communications fundamentals. In addition the Industry standards that shape the market will be introduced. We look in some detail at the foundation behind the SYSTIMAX solution, CommScope Labs, the tools and methodology.
The course will look at how customers specify product and projects in our market and the pitfalls that CommScope and SYSTIMAX solutions can overcome. This will include providing a good understanding of the importance of the warranty and its differences from others in the market.
Key Audience: This course is intended for anyone who is either new to this market or new to CommScopes SYSTIMAX solution. The primary audiences are SYSTIMAX BusinessPartners, SYSTIMAX Solutions sales personnel, account managers, Consultants and ‘end users’ involved in SYSTIMAX Specification.
This course makes an excellent pre-requisite to taking the SP5602 SYSTIMAX Sales Solutions course and this course is automatically included in the SP3321 Design and Engineering course.
