Online Self Paced Training:
This course provides updated material and recertification for those originally trained in ND5510 iPatch Support Specialist.
Maximum 1 year re-certification required. Students will have qualified for this course by attending either ND5510 Certified iPatch Support Specialist or this course previously. This course currently supports SM revisions 5.4, 6.0, 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3 but new revisions will be added to your account even if you have completed the course in the past year.  

Self-paced training provides SYSTIMAX partners with the ability to buy the course online and complete the training and recertification at the students convenience.
The course builds on the knowledge learnt on your original ND5510 or previous SP5510R and keeps you up-to-date on the software changes. The course also serves to recertify Business Partners in the CISS qualification allowing them to support iPatch warranties.

Key Audience - The primary audience is senior Designers and Software installation Engineers from SYSTIMAX BusinessPartners and all those intending to support iPatch software post installation.

Pre-requisite knowledge - attendance to ND5510 or SP5510R is mandatory.

'Online assessment' - This process allows the student and SYSTIMAX to verify that he/she has understood the material. It can be completed on a module by module basis or as a single assessment - this is again self-paced and feedback is instant and automatic.

On successful completion of the process the student will be awarded an updated ND5510 ID badge and authorization certificate with ability to continue site registrations for Certified iPatch Support Specialist for a further 1 year.
