Learn how to design and install the electronic patching system, understand the project requirements and differences from passive systems and overview the software.  

The course covers requirements specific to the SYSTIMAX iPatch™ product range. Students will be involved in the design, selection and specification of the product, with a focus on hardware but including software. The objective is for the student to understand the iPatch product, complete designs and estimate an iPatch project.

Key Audience - This course is intended for all those who will be directly involved in the Specification, Design & Installation of SYSTIMAX iPatch product. The primary audience is senior Designers from SYSTIMAX BusinessPartners and anyone supervising hardware installation or overseeing an iPatch project. It is the pre-requisite for attending the ND5510 Certified iPatch Support Engineer course.

The SP5500 is Self Paced Training and uses WEB based material available online at www.systimaxtraining.com. When you purchase your course you will gain a UserID and Password to access the appropriate course and assessment areas of the site. The Course area is a mix of WEBcasts (Narrated presentations with subtitles), Video, supporting documentation and workshop. You may study material for as long as you wish before taking the Online assessment to complete the course. Ideally you will have access to a broadband service and a PC.

The Course is certificated, ID 'badged' and carries a total of 4 BICSI Continued Education Credits.
